Most couples reach out around 9–15 months before their wedding, but there’s no magic number. Popular Saturdays tend to go first, so if you have a date in mind, it’s always worth checking availability sooner rather than later.
Our work lives somewhere between editorial and documentary—beautifully composed when a little direction helps, completely unscripted when it doesn’t. Expect polished portraits, honest emotion, thoughtful details and plenty of moments you probably never noticed happening.
Absolutely. You shouldn’t have to figure out how long family portraits take or when the best light will be—that’s part of our job. We’ll work with you and your planner to create a photography timeline that gives us what we need without making the entire day revolve around photos.
Yes! They’re a great chance for us to spend some time together before the wedding—and for you to discover that being photographed is considerably less weird than you imagined. We can also help choose a Chicago location that feels like you rather than simply working through a list of standard photo spots.
Wedding collections begin at $6,500, with most couples investing between $7,500 and $9,000 depending on coverage and what’s included. Once we know a little about your plans, we’ll send over our complete collection guide and help you choose what makes sense for your day.
Not every wedding does. It depends on your timeline, guest count, locations and how much is happening simultaneously. For larger weddings or days with separate getting-ready locations, a second photographer can be incredibly useful. We’ll talk through your plans and recommend one if we genuinely think it will make a difference.
Every wedding is different, but a full wedding gallery typically includes around 600–900 carefully edited images. We focus on telling the whole story rather than hitting an arbitrary number—from the big moments to the tiny ones you didn’t even know were happening.
